For any new readers to this blog, I thought I’d use this post to give a few updates on Organizing by Cheryl.

Organizing by Cheryl is currently doing both in-person and virtual organizing sessions. The virtual sessions started during the pandemic as a way for me to help my clients while staying physically away from them. When this started, I gained a few new clients who lived in other states, which was a nice surprise.

Recently, I’ve had a few clients who “bought” my services for other people. This is a great idea IF the person is open to the help. I always recommend that you check in with the person for whom you’d like to buy an Organizing by Cheryl gift certificate to be sure that they WANT the help and are ready to tackle their clutter.

Organizing by Cheryl started several years ago in Massachusetts; however, now the business is located in Savannah, Georgia. Every once in a while, I will get a call from someone in Massachusetts asking for my services. Most of the time, the caller is someone who met me a couple of years ago and who decided to call me now for my help. If this happens, it’s OK because I can refer the person to another organizer in Massachusetts.

Lastly, I’ve been thinking about changing the format and frequency of my blog posts going forward. I might do four posts a year instead of one almost every month. Right now I do one a month with a combined one for November and December. Also, I highly encourage you to read back through previous blog posts since I’ve covered a lot of topics over the years.
